Lizzy is  facilitator for Mamma’s scrapbook, supporting the project where needed so you may see her pop up across the Stanmer and Whitehawk projects. Lizzy has a background of working with NHS social prescribing, working with a range of people in the community to access creative and artistic healing opportunities across the city. Lizzy is further trained in mindfulness, massage and yoga and is currently practicing as a sauna master and engaging in therapeutic soundwork.
