1-1
My practice offers a combination of my training and experience in mental health nursing and specialisms in sensory processing needs and maternal experience, forest school, nature connection, ecotherapy, nature health and wellbeing, and inclusive arts practice.
I use my 20+ years experience in health care settings as a grounding to understand the point that these services may need to be involved, while giving me an understanding of where these practices may have gaps and where calling us back to nature connection and our ancestral needs can be more powerful.
I will meet you where you are currently and together we will explore your story, validating your experience and identifying areas of strength and vulnerability, co-creating an effective plan that will be uniquely designed for your current goals and needs, working creatively and holistically.
I offer:
Comprehensive holistic assessment, tuning in with your unique way of experiencing the world
Recovery goal setting and planning including creative, nature based practices as well as support with signposting and navigating any statutory services that may be required, as well as other courses and services that may be suitable for your needs.
Personalised and tailored services dependent on your needs, including nature based practices, inclusive arts practice, empathetic listening and feedback, goal setting, emotional support and advocacy. This could involve spending time in nature practicing nature meditations, bilateral drawing and practicing herb foraging and binding, creative writing or journalling.
Tool kit building including bitesize training in self-care, creative, nature and sensory tools.
Empowerment strategies in order to re-story difficult experiences into multi-dimensional stories of your journey, acknowledging the more painful aspects in celebration as a right of passage.
