Liz is facilitator at Mamma’s scrapbook and has been instrumental in getting the project off of the ground. She is the director of The centre for Ecotherapy  with a wealth of experience in supporting a range of groups to experience nature health and wellbeing and therapeutic nature engagement, including adults living with severe and enduring mental illness, children with diabetes, young local and refugee men, and international women. Liz has a background in dance and participatory arts, documentary film making and landscape gardening. She then trained in social and therapeutic horticulture, bringing her range of skills together to develop a truly inclusive nature based practice. We are humbled to be working with her at Mamma’s scrapbook and she is ready to support you at the centre for eco-therapy where our Stanmer leg of the project takes place.
